We are proud to announce that Charles Double Reed Company has acquired the rights to The Popkin Bassoon Reed Making Book, a timeless masterpiece of bassoon literature!

It has been out-of-print for a time, and we are excited to have been chosen to return it to print. We are eagerly publishing the book right now. The new version will be beautifully reprinted, with upscale spiral binding and a new front cover illustration by Elsie Popkin.

We're taking advance orders now. We are unsure of the final retail price of the book at this time. It should be in the $25 to $35 range.
