Still working on the reedcam - sorry
The cables are all run, the camera is "on" but now I am working on setting up a static IP, so the transmission is intermittent at best. Thanks for your patience.
Reed making is easier than this.
I make oboe and bassoon reeds every day. Some days - hundreds of them. I've been doing this for around 30 years. I like it - and some days I even Love It. The struggle and experimentation of reed making is my passion, my living, and my privilege. I started, own and run Charles Double Reed Company, which started on a lark and became bigger than I ever expected.

Boy, you weren't kidding about the thread. Not much selection left. I bought this purple/white thread from you a while back that has jinxed every reed I have ever wrapped with it. You can have that roll back if you need it.
The IP address to your webcam is 192.168.1.106, which is an internal IP address. Your site should use a URL rather than an IP. Look at www.no-ip.com. There you can setup a URL for free, and still use your dynamic IP address to reference your webcam. Good luck.
Is this a dead blog site now? I noticed that you aren't posting, and haven't since May. Hmm.
I'm struggling to stay on top - sorry to be out of blog space for so long - please see the new post (and thanks for the nudge).
